REAL Alitherm 400 Window
Alitherm 400 is REAL's premium window system. It's manufactured incorporating an extruded glazing gasket, which serves to enhance performance and improve installation time. As the first of its kind to be built into a thermally broken aluminium system, it combines outstanding quality and value with leading class performance and security.
Its innovative design features a polyamide thermal break technology that significantly reduces thermal transmittance by creating a barrier between thecold air outsideand warm air inside, enhancing the systems overall "U" value. The system is also rigorously tested to PAS24:2016 as standard and exceeds the requirements for weather resistance and security performance.
Document L Compliant
Changes to document L and F of the building regulations in England were introduced on the 15th June 2022, to ensure all new and renovation projects are on-spec for thermal efficiency, energy efficiency and ventilation capability.

Alitherm QUICK-GLAZE Bead
Alitherm 400 isn't just beautiful - it's clever. With an innovative Quick-Glaze bead system on internal glazing, you can simply tap the bead in on-site with the gasket already in pace. No wedge gaskets - Just faster, simpler and more cost effective glazing process.

Alitherm 400 windows are currently available in two options. The popular Alitherm 400i range is an internally beaded system with dummy sashes which can achieve PAS 24 security standards.
Alternatively, we have the externally glazed Alitherm 400x range, which can be upgraded to PAS 24 security standards with the introduction of glass security clips.
